Best carpenters near Lake Villa, IL

"This is my second project working with Scott and the results have been great. Being an older part time perfectionist carpenter my Victorian home is twice my age and quite often needs a little freshening up. So glad that I was introduced to Scott. Already have our 3rd major project in the works, can’t wait. Highly recommended. Steve"

"Flo arrived on time as scheduled for the project. All necessary supplies were on hand. He and his associate worked smoothly together. The project consisted of replacing 11 steps and risers and all stair trim. Flo completed the carpentry part in one day. His painters came the next day and applied 2 coats of paint. The porch looks great. The project price was fair and competitive. Not only are we 100% satisfied with Osman Carpentry, but we are scheduled to have them complete another 3 projects for us and probably a 4th project after that. You will be glad you hired them. It was a pleasure doing business with them."

"My carpenter was Gary, he was very professional, talented, and his drywall work is exceptional."

"Eric transformed my basement for me and did an amazing job!! He removed my old carpet, installed the tile floor and painted as well. Professional, skilled and even got the job done on a tight time frame for me. Awesome work. Thank you!"

"The work we had done went very well. We had a few pieces of siding that blew off replaced, a handrail installed going up the stairs, and a powder room painted. All work done quickly and very well. Kevin and his wife Laura, hope I got that right, are both very nice to work with. Hire him, we certainly will again."

"Joseph is a true artisan in wood craftsmanship. He built a custom set of stairway posts and ballisters and handrails. He was very attentive to details and the end result is exquisite, truly a custom job I will always be proud of every time a visitor enters my home and the first thing they will notice is this magnificent work of art. I have already made arrangements to have Joseph work on other future projects in my home."

"I can't recommend these guys enough. During a time when it felt like it was impossible to find good help, Overall Builders came through. They got a great carpenter out who framed up a new interior doorway in a hall and installed the jamb and door. I've used them in the past and will do so again."

"Outstanding service.  Installed on time as the order stated.  We used them several months ago to do our outdated reach in closets and they did a great job.  We decided to contact Rich the designer again to see what he could do with our basic shelving in our laundry room. He asked a few questions and emailed us the design that night.  No pressure sales and presented to us what he could build and we got to pick and chose what we wanted completed.  The day of the installation went really well.  Steve came out and installed the shelving.  He also did the install on the initial project we did for our closets.  Quality instal with absolutely no issues.  We would use them again, but we have ran out of closets and storages areas.  I would recommend them to my family and friends.

"Excellent job! We hired the company for few projects- custom walk-in closets, cabinets and laundry. The precision and attention to detail was exceptional. It was very nice to work with and they listened to every request we made. We were very pleased with the overall experience and will hire them again. Strongly recommend."

"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"
