"The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems."

"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Bathtubs have always been a problem for my grandpa. He can’t lift his legs very high without the risk of falling over and we’ve been wanting to get a walk-in tub for a while now. "I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."
