"The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Bathtubs have always been a problem for my grandpa. He can’t lift his legs very high without the risk of falling over and we’ve been wanting to get a walk-in tub for a while now.
