"I hired these guys last year to build a balcony and porch. Very poor quality the balcony was already cracking and starting to fall within 2 months of install. They didn't sink the studs into concrete. Nothing was straight or level everything looked like crap. Other companies deemed the porch and balcony unsafe it was torn down I would never in my life hire this company again. And the meds they leave behind I'm still picking up screws and concrete a year later."

"Would give 0 stats if I could! Stay away from Tim. Quoted us for a fence with 2 gates as we wanted, showed up a week later with only one because he forgot. Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."

Due to Covid-19, we do not offer interior window cleaning services for residential customers. Interior window cleaning services are suspended for the remainder of 2020 for residential only. "We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"I should have checked all these reviews before engaging them. Overall fencing was good but I was charged for branch removal from a tree even though their estimator told me that they will take care of everything. Moreover, they had cut two of my sprinkler pipes and did not even inform me about it. My garden was flooded in the morning as I had my sprinkler to run every day early in the morning. All that I was asking was to reimburse $200 paid to their crew to remove the branches but no they would not. So watch out for all the hooks and hidden costs. Not ethical"
