"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Beau and Emmerich Customs were very professional, and thorough. We renovated our garage into a master suite with a bathroom. He took it from a concrete slab, framed the walls, ran the plumbing, and installed a beautiful walk-in shower in just a short time. He installed the floor, the drywall, mudded and textured the walls, hooked up the double vanity, and even put in the toilet. It was a full bathroom built from scratch. He worked hard, was easy to work with, and finished the job on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Emmerich customs to anyone."
