Came out as promised...very friendly...took pictures of damage on roof and showed them to me. He asked if I had any shingles left over from when roof was put on, I told him no. He then had a few extra shingles from another job. They didn't match exactly but I told him It didn't matter to me. Instead of coming back out again he went ahead and repaired it the same day he came out to my home. Very friendly, answered all my questions and then told us that there would be a one yr warranty on the patch job he did. Check this company out you'll be glad you did. I asked him for his business cards to hand out to my friends & family. Thanks Sam for a job well done. Stopped the leak!

Hired Last Stop Roofing to complete a roof job started but not completed by home owners. All materials provided. Last Stop Roofing provided the labor and expertise to complete the job. Job entailed replacing rotted plywood under shingles, repairing rotted truss ends and replacing rotted facia boards in addition to putting down materials and shingles to complete the job. Price was reasonable. Workers were experienced and efficient. Customer service was great. Highly recommend this company.

Quick response and quote. Honest assessment. Timely scheduling. And communicated via text so I didn't have to play phone tag, tho also called and emailed. It's the roof, so hard to tell @ quality, but no more leaks.

I hired Last Stop roofing to remove, repair and replace on my brothers house. Sam was very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!

Seemed very knowledgeable and put me at ease. However, communication has been less than acceptable. They were supposed to do the work yesterday and no call was no-showed. They had me rush signing a contract the night prior and then nothing the next day. For rating their work I would have put N/A as I have not, as of this review, had the work done. Call me old-fashioned, but doing what you say you will do is important to me.
