As an organization with over 60 properties across Illinois including around 40 in the Chicagoland area finding a reliable and professional roofing contractor was crucial for us. Over the years, they have completed numerous projects for us, including the replacement and installation of new flat roof systems on 8 different properties (some up to 18,000 sq. ft.), as well as several shingle roofs up to 11,000 sq. ft.
