"I called and left a message and received a call back the next day. I described the chip and they said they could fix it and quoted the $175.00 price. We scheduled a time a couple weeks later. He came out on time, fixed the chip in under an hour and it looks beautiful. Right now, the patch is a little shinier (same color white though) than the rest of the tub but he assured me that with normal use and cleaning, it would eventually become just like the rest of the tub (maybe a couple weeks). This tub is 17 years old! Frankly, it looks great, even if one little spot is a bit shinier forever. I feel like I just saved almost $2000 and it was totally painless.

He directed us to his warehouse where a variety of quartz stones were available to chose from. Anna, who was an employee, did a wonderful job assisting us in finding the right color stone. Mark's workers came a couple of weeks later and in a two hour period of time removed the old countertops and bar sink and replaced them with the new quartz countertops and a new bar sink. things could not have gone better. "Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."
