"Jose and Cesar (the owners) were both level headed and easy to speak to about the needs of the project. We're happy with the outcome, and happy to have our bathroom in working order again. We had some superficial water damage to the floor in our main bathroom and decided to have all of the tile replaced in the shower and on the floor. I first met with Jose for an estimate, and was impressed with his easy going demeanor and ability to answer my questions. After committing to using Top Bros., I met Cesar just before the project start date, and was just as impressed with him as I was Jose. When coordinating the start and finish dates for the remodel, I let them know we wanted it completed by dec. 20th. Either Jose or Cesar were usually present throughout the project. They also had a couple of other assistant contractors come on different days. For any questions or concerns I had along the way, I was always able to get a hold of Jose and get prompt responses. They started December 4, and had the bulk of the project finished by December 8. There were a few minor mishaps along the way, but they made every effort to correct issues as promptly as possible. Everything was completed before Christmas. A couple of months after the project was completed, I noticed the new vanity sink wasn't sealed properly to the pipe below it. I called Jose and they came out promptly to fix it."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

From first visit to final completion, Mihai was always looking for ways to make the new bathroom work for us--making sure we were not surprised, had excellent referrals for tile and plumbing (Sarah at Crawford Supply), had skilled painters, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters, kept us up to date--texting photos and questions, clarifying details that mattered. He and the team did additional work to "tune up" our condo--e.g., additional outlets, replacing light fixtures, painting--so our home looks like new. The questions Mihai asked made sure we understood choices. He worked to be sure we met the requirements of the building. His professionalism impressed the building management and engineer as well as us. We love the new bath. The quality of work is impressive. We would use NorPro and Mihai again!"
