"Our 25 year old bath tub/shower started developing cracks on the floor of the tub. The cracks developed because the tub was not supported correctly underneath. They drilled holes & injected an expandable material to support the tub. The cracks were repaired. The entire tub/shower was repainted. It looks like a new unit! The technician was on time & very professional. Gunnar answered all of my questions, the price was as quoted. It was a lot cheaper & easier using their method instead of removing & installing new tub/shower. They were done in 6 hours. Great job."

"This is the second time we have used Modern View. just like before mark was very punctual and explained what he thought was the best countertop for the job. He directed us to his warehouse where a variety of quartz stones were available to chose from. Anna, who was an employee, did a wonderful job assisting us in finding the right color stone. Mark's workers came a couple of weeks later and in a two hour period of time removed the old countertops and bar sink and replaced them with the new quartz countertops and a new bar sink. things could not have gone better. "Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."
