"We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with Bathcrest of Chicago!"

"Removal of existing tile in our laundry room and replaced with new tile. They were a joy to work with. Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"From Start to finish, it was the best experience. I was worried about about the project because of passed experiences. But House Doctors quickly put my worries to rest. The Sales team was open and honest from start to finish. Eric and his team were on time clean and did a great job with the shower. Highly recommend House Doctors"

"Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."

"They did two completely different tasks for me. The 2nd story work was mostly A work; the bath earned from A's to F's, hence the overall grade of C. The drywall work/repair was excellent as was most the work on the second story. They were on-time, worked hard, and came when they were supposed to. Communication was a problem as they speak mostly Polish and I felt that Jack could have done a better job of instructing them or giving them direction. I was pleased with the overall work, the crew, and their work ethic. I really like the crew. I was displeased that they had left a bad wire in the ceiling they replaced instead of pointing it out and asking me if I wanted it fixed. Jack's excuse was that is wasn't included in the work order and so he ignored it. Who ignores a bad wire (blackened and cracked insulation) and leaves it in a ceiling? However, since I was pleased overall I invited them to do the bath work with the understanding that I expected to consulted if things like the wiring came up. On the bath project, Jack was very flexible with the timing and was willing to work with me on scheduling other contractors and the work I was doing myself. I was surprised and not prepared to have to hire my own heating contractor but Jack's crew was very good about working around them. The drywall was again excellent and the electrical was done properly. Bart suggested a few things that greatly improved the project design. For example, he pointed out that I needed a light in the shower. The plumbing was a disaster. There was no trap installed in the tub drain, the toilet flange was below the floor level and the sink drain was not appropriate for a pedestal sink. I seriously doubt that the shower is vented properly, but without ripping out the walls, I can't check. Jack's response to these problems was to blame me. The floor wasn't in before the flange was installed (it was), he didn't know there was a pedestal sink (it was sitting in the next room and was in the blueprint), and then asked me where I wanted the tub trap; like it was an add-on when I pointed out it was missing!? A new guy was eventually sent to install the tub trap and it leaked from the start. They had to come back 3 times to eliminate the leak. (Seriously, run some water down the drain and check it before you leave.) Jack at first refused to fix the toilet flange; wanted to jerry-rig it with multiple wax rings and shims. I found this unacceptable for brand new plumbing. Jerry-rigged toilets were the reason I was having to replace my floors in the first place. Jack was rarely there and did a poor job of communicating instructions to his crew. As the project went on, they became more undependable, saying they would be there, and then not showing up or calling. When I reported this to Jack he indicated that was unacceptable and said he would take care of it, but then he blew off an appointment with me himself; not showing up or calling. To Jack's credit, he did keep coming back until the problems were fixed to my satisfaction. I think he is a good guy and an honest man and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for framing and dry-wall and I would have him back to do that kind of work for me. But I wouldn't hire him do any plumbing."

"They very very punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job. Quality of work was superb and you cannot tell at all where they repaired drywall due to leaks and water lines that had to be replaced. I will be using them again when i replace the floor in my kitchen next year."

"This is an above and beyond contracting service. First I got 3 bids for what I wanted done. MPT was the last one I talked to. Meet with Paul. Explained what we wanted done. He sent us a quote about a week later. This was exactly what we wanted with the budget we were dealing with. We agreed t the contract and was told they were finishing up another project and would be with us in a week. In the meantime, my wife and I went to all the stores and purchased new towel bars, soap dishes, etc.. Waited about three days from start date to order new custom made vanity. That was a mistake on our part. Paul brought the job site boss Stanley to the house and introduced him. Worked was started on time at 8:00 am and stopped around 4:00 pm. Every now and then Stanley would ask us to take a look and make sure this is how we wanted it to look. Yep, right on target. Took about 5 days for the entire project except for the vanity which was going to be a couple weeks late. Paul said they could always come back to finish which they did. One thing that stands out above and beyond with this company, they picked up and delivered all the heavy bulky items like new bathtub. toilet and vanity. Another particular exceptional point to make is that even though Stanley only saw a picture of our new undelivered vanity, he did the Faux painting to match it exactly. This is one great company. I will definitely hire this company again.

"i had jorge come in to reinstill some drywall and lay down some flooring - both tile and vinyl - that had to be replaced due to water damage. He was responsive, thorough and did really good work in a quick amount of time. I would definitely use him again."
