When I talked to the person who took my request, he didn't want to lose my business, so he worked out for another crew to come out. The other crew did a good job, my windows were very clean. I will have them back if I get the same crew. Update: I spoke with Will on the phone last Friday and he asked what he can do to fix me being unsatisfied. So he suggested that he sends some one out to clean the outside of my windows free of charge. The windows are now done and i'm very happy with the results. I would recommend them again."
