When I talked to the person who took my request, he didn't want to lose my business, so he worked out for another crew to come out. The other crew did a good job, my windows were very clean. I will have them back if I get the same crew. Update: I spoke with Will on the phone last Friday and he asked what he can do to fix me being unsatisfied.
