"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

Installations are done by Dave and his son who are sticklers for precise measurements and installations. They were also very courteous and respectful. Calls to the office are immediately answered by Debbie (no answering machine), Dave's wife, who does an excellent job explaining their covers and installation. From measurements to installation took only a few days. You can't go wrong giving them your measurements over the phone for an estimate. If you like what you hear, Dave will come out to do precise measurements and leave you a written estimate. It was a pleasure dealing with this company."
