Todd and Lisa are top notch. Very professional, very courteous and their communication throughout the process was exceptional. When I initially contacted them my water heater was only acting up, so there was no sense of urgency. Todd came out and gave me a free quote. I talked with him about the pros and cons of on-demand systems. He spelled it out for me very plainly without bias. Ultimately, I decided to just increase the size of my current water heater to accommodate our busy lifestyle. Todd informed me then that since I wanted a larger than standard water heater, he would need to reach out to his supplier to establish a timeline. Within 2 days I had a written quote and timeline emailed to me, which I agreed to. Lisa was very prompt and professional in scheduling the install of the water heater. Installation took about 3-1/2 hours to complete and the area around the water heater was cleaned up to the point that you would never know it had been swapped out. Payment was quick and easy and the pricing was better than all of the other quotes I received. I will not hesitate to make Lynn Moses Plumbing my first call the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Very well. Showed up when expected (after I had to reschedule the first appointment). Had the in-wall electronic scope to find leak before going in surgically and fixing it (without damaging the wall). Then fixed our garbage disposal and toilet in a few minutes.

When I called for an appointment the scheduler was very helpful and professional. The estimate she provided over the phone was very accurate. I was able to get my water heater installed the same day. The installer was prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again.

He is really good. I trust him. He is honest. He has someone that takes care of his schedule and depending on how desperate you are, he'll come. I know for a fact that he doesn't overcharge. He was right here right away. I was surprised how fast he got here.

Todd showed up when he said he would and was friendly and efficient. As a side bar, he fixed my water softener, which had not worked for a year. When the final bill came, he was well under estimate, partly because we were ready for him and had everything in place. A very nice guy.

Todd Schrock (co-owner, with his wife, of the firm) came out promptly, explained the options, and completed the work quickly.
Todd has worked at our house several times. His work has always been quick, excellent in quality, and reasonable in price. He is a craftsman.

I heard water running and realized it was dripping on to basement floor. I thought the pipe was broken before I realized the toilet was running. I cut toilet off and some water continued to run . I called Lynn Moses Plumbing (I have been a client of this company since the 1990's.) They told me the cost (it was Sunday) and to make a long story short I told them to come anyway. Byron came and determined what the problem was and fixed it. Because I have been a customer of theirs for many years I know that they are always responsive and punctual.

I noticed that our water heater was leaking over the holidays. Called Lynn Moses Plumbing because we'd worked with them before. The woman in the office answered all my questions and gave me an estimate that turned out to be very accurate. They were able to get it done right after New Years. The work was done quickly and professionally. No problems at all.

Byron snaked out the drain as far as he could go. As he was pulling the cable back, it got hung up and he almost wasn't able to get it back, but he applied some soap and was finally able to free it. It came back with a big bunch of roots stuck to it. At first he thought that meant roots had grown into the pipe under the floor and we'd have to dig up the basement floor and replace some cracked pipe. But then he took some extra time to figure out where the roots came from. He laid the cable in the yard and measured it, then went back in the basement and measured the distance from the drain to where the main sewer enters the house. He concluded that the roots must have come from the entrance to the main sewer, so no need to dig up the floor. He explained all this to me thoroughly and recommended that we call someone like Roto-Rooter to have the main sewer cleaned out as soon as we could. But in the meantime, the basement floor drain was all cleared out and flowing fine, thanks to Byron. I appreciated the fact that he didn't just do the minimum to fix the immediate problem, he figured out what the long-term solution was. It probably cost an extra half-hour of labor to get that answer, so if you're on a tight budget you might want to say so, but it was worth it to me.
