If I was going to refer the company, I would tell a friend or a family member to talk to the company and determine what the problems are because they solve a lot of different problems. "We have an approximately 600 square foot crawl space that
was in dire need of water proofing.  And High Tech Waterproofing did a
great job on our crawlspace encapsulation.  The bid process went smooth
and was straightforward.  The bid was around $5500 with no real
upselling.  We had a few foundation cracks that were sealed, some train
tile installed,  a backup sump pump system with battery installed, a
thick(40-50 mil) poly liner laid over the gravel surface with no seams, and 2?
of spray foam insulation sprayed over the exterior  foundation walls.
We had a tight schedule to get the work done and Chuck and
his team were very courteous and professional and worked with us to accommodate
our needs.   They worked efficiently and thoroughly and did a good
job cleaning up after themselves when the job was completed.
I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them
