"I have hired Permaseal to fix my unleveled patio concrete floor that was and still causing rain water to get to my basement, I have paid them $2,014.33 as down payment, they showed up one month later for the job, which is injecting foam under the concrete slab to lift it back to its original correct level. I came back home that day to find out that they have left and that the concrete slab was not only still unleveled, but they cracked it and patched it on multiple locations. I have called their customer care number more than a dozen times in attempt to understand what is going on, and on each occasion, I was told that the project manager was going to contact me back, which never happened until i made the next call, They have finally explained to me over the phone that it was the best they could do and that they could not fix my patio floor. I asked for a refund and did not hear back. I have documented pictures of before and after showing that the job was not done and cancelled the check with the remaining balance. I have not heard anything back from them since then, until i started getting debt collectors' emails on December the 5th from a business called FCR Services."

There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. The overall cost was very fair and we received great service and quality. They are honest, care about their customers and want you to be happy. Now I'm looking forward to a big rain!"

Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
