My loft above my garage was humid and a bit uncomfortable from what I was expecting. I’ve watched enough home repair shows and understand air flow enough to know it would never be perfect, but something was off because of the humidity issues. Mike came in and did an inspection, confirming that there was a lot of room for improvement in the garage ceiling. The heat camera was showing that there was a lot of heat transfer happening in the loft, foot prints (from boots) leaving heat transfer marks which is unusual and recommended dense insulation pack to fill the void. I sat on it for a few weeks, called and scheduled for the 17th, but got in early due to an opening. It took several hours to complete the work, and the folks said it had 5” bat insulation but a 17” void, which confirmed Mike’s original thought that there was a gap between the insulation and the loft floor which was carrying the heat from the outside into the floor.

They showed up on time, were clean and professional. Provided the results a couple of days after the test. They did a good job.

There were 7 of them all young (20s) all respectful, except one who called himself the electrician, using unnecessary profanity. The lead person did excellent with explaining and showing me every step they took. His crew were extremely polite and respectful as I previously stated. It was good to see a diverse group of individuals working together to accomplish a common goal. For me this was exceptional and the crew cleaned up so well. I would recommend Assured for sure.

These people are professional they all work together they leave your place clean and neat they explain things that you understand and I can feel a difference with the insulation they have installed. They are knowledgeable and everybody was friendly!! One guy named Chris came he was working and singing, he needed to be on American Idol!! Thank you all so much!!!

We bought a house in January. The house has a finished basement and looked like it only needed repainting. After a considerable amount of drywall repair, we painted. After 4 days, the paint did not dry and we could wipe it off the walls with our fingers. My wife used a digital thermometer to get readings of 37 degrees at the wall and 35 at the floor. We called Assured Energy Solutions and within a couple of days we discovered there was little to no insulation in most areas of the house. The thermal imaging and vacuum test indicated our nearly 6,000 sq. ft. house was practically an open door. Cal and Tony explained what was wrong and how they would make it right. From day one the guys showed up on time and worked feverishly to complete the day's tasks. Through every step of the way, the progress was explained. If we had questions, the workers would stop immediately and with a smile, explain what was wrong and show us the corrective action that was being taken. Sometimes the workers would call to us to show us what they had done. At the end of each day, we got a tour and a thorough explanation of the work completed and what would be next. Each day the furnace ran less and less. We also noticed the house is much quieter and feels warm and cozy. The work was completed on time. We thought the price was very reasonable. The workers were all very friendly, courteous and respectful. We are very happy customers and highly recommend this company.

Assured was very flexible when I had issues arise with other inspections. Everyone from the front office, sales, and installation were very nice and willing to help answer questions, as I had many. Assured never seemed to bothered to help, and they are a very awesome company.
