The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work.
