Haig Haleblian wanted to create the premier high-fashion flooring center in the Chicagoland market; a place where people could design without limit and bring dreams to life. With that in mind, Haig opened Exceed Flooring - a 40,000 square foot space filled with an incredible variety of the most sought-after, unusual, beautiful and practical flooring materials in the world. The showroom is designed to inspire, and the knowledgable, experienced staff is trained to help you turn inspiration into reality.

All three (3) of the jobs went without any problems or issues.
"(member name removed) is certainly entitled to her opinion, but I believe it is important to fill in the gaps about this order. We were asked by (member name removed) to fabricate 30 sf of a 12"x24" tile into a 2"x4" brick joint pattern and mesh mount. We made it very clear to (member name removed) that she would lose the factory edge of the tile by cutting the tile. Pretty obvious. (member name removed) understood and was fine with the explanation. The fabrication shop ran two days behind on the order. (member name removed) demanded we pick up the tile immediately even though the tile was to be installed by her installer using liquid nails (yikes and we set (member name removed) straight on proper installation methods) the following week. We accomodated, made a special 65 mile round trip to accomodate. (member name removed) was belligerent, threatening, and difficult with my designers. I have lived and been in business in this community for 26 years. Our reputation is impeccable. Though I do appreciate and am grateful for every order, may I suggest in the future that (member name removed) take her business elsewhere."

I wanted rubber stairs to be non-slip for us and the dogs, and they turned out amazing.
Installation took 2 days.
Small issues regarding material ordering and shipping were dealt with immediately.
