The installation was fabulous and the installers first class. I would recommend them to anyone.

The carpeting was installed on our staircase in May of 2014. Within several weeks we noticed a wear problem and notified Hadinger of the problem. They said that they would contact the manufacturer. We left for the summer and contacted them when we returned in the fall to check on the status. They then came out again and stated that the manufacturer would probably tell us to have it cleaned. We stated that the carpeting was hardly used and certainly was not dirty. We heard nothing and after several follow up calls I was given the number of what turned out to be the fiber manufacture. My calls were not returned. We were given the run around. They acknowledged the wear pattern, but never made an attempt to resolve the problem. In summary they do not service what they sell.

The carpets were ordered in Mid October, at that time we made a 50% deposit assuming that Hadinger would honor their commitment to have them installed ?within ten days? in order that our house could be put on the market.The installers came to our home, I let them in and asked them to call me when the installation was finished?. guess what? Yup, they never installed the carpet because they found a defect? and no-one called to inform us. In fact the first we heard about it was when our Real Estate agent went round to photograph the property a week later and found all the carpets ripped out and black under-felt on the floor. Obviously in no condition to to photograph or ?show?.
I was only officially made aware of the situation when I called Hadinger for an explanation, followed by six weeks of what can only be described as complete BS! NO ONE from Hadinger made any attempt to contact me with any form of status, I was the one who had to follow-up with Hadinger, I was the one who had to pick-up the phone for status reports, I was the one who had to physically come to their store to demand what the status was. One false promise after another ?It has been produced and will be here in two days??It is in our warehouse now??Oh, I thought they had already laid it??They haven?t manufactured it yet?The last time I came to Hadinger I spoke with both our salesperson and one of their managers neither of whom had any clue when the carpets would be available or installed and to calmly inform me that as ?Season was starting? there would be a ten day delay ?after receipt of carpet? before they could come and lay the carpet.?.Finally late November the carpets were finally down and we were able to list the property.
The house just sat there for two months?. 
Did I ever receive and formal acknowledgment of incompetence or a formal apology from Hadinger? Absolutely not!Did Hadinger ever offer any form of recompense or alternative carpet? NO to recompense, and YES to an alternative (provided we would pay the additional costs of course).
In the past we have been good regular customers of Hadinger, that has obviously stopped.
So why have I just sat on my hands ignoring the phone calls for final account settlement? Because quite honestly you deserve TO BE TREATED IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY AS YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?. just ignore them. Irritating isn?t it?

As I said above....Bad Company with no Integrity. bad products who apparently deal with vendors who are similar. I would stay away from these people who obviously have little if no Integrity.

The service was fine, but it seemed a little expensive. They do a good job with the work though, and I like their products.

Tile removers were immediately put off because they had to remove furniture, even though I was assured at purchase that this was included. Large ride on equipment was brought in to tear up floors. Once floors were up, wood installation began with no floor prep or leveling. I previously had wood floors put in my living room (from another company) and a lot of cement was used to level the floors. Never have had a problem. These new floors have hollow sounding spots in various places. The wood installers replaced furniture. There is a bathroom adjacent to the family room. When I entered the bathroom I noticed three votive candles sitting on the counter. The glass holders were nowhere to be seen. I did find a couple of shards of glass on the floor. They were no really big deal but it would have been right if they had told me!!!! A couple of weeks later I got new furniture and had to move a large floor lamp. In doing so, the CONCRETE base of the lamp completely fell apart!! Now, it's not easy to break a one and a half inch 10x10 piece of concrete. It was in multiple pieces!! The lamp is useless now!!!

As for the carpet installers, they, too, were put off by having to remove furniture (again I was assured by salesperson this was included) and they also arrived a couple of hours later than scheduled with no phone call. Furniture was replaced and all was fine.

I am pleased with the products I received but am concerned about the wood installation without any prep. I am also not happy about the broken items and no one informing me of them. I believe Hadinger has seen the last of me.

They were suggested to us by our real estate agent. I would give them all A's. They were professional and prompt. He actually made some suggestions for some painters and other people that we used that we were really impressed with. They're just a good company. I thought they were fair and they did quality work. They're A's all the way through.

It is a large company. The service was outstanding, they did what they said would, when they said they would. The sales rep was there when he said he would be there, and that was throughout the process. The job was completed a day or 2 early, and everything was taken care of perfectly. Their price was way better than anybody else I had priced with.

prior They knew we we anxious to move in and although they asked to have 5 days for installation, they doubled up on crew and finished within 2 days. We also used the same team for flooring our prior home,(condo) and again we were thrilled. I hope we don't move again soon, but we would not hesitate to use T.C. and his team from Hadingers

The service was okay. We would not use the same salesman in the future as we were not completely satisfied with him. The store is very good as they have a lot of samples.

i spent time with tc. he was very helpful,they istaaled carpet in 2 rooms.i am very happy with their work.

Experience was good.  Sales people helped us pick out the carpeting.  Their installers moved our furniture, removed and disposed of the old carpet and pad, and installed the new carpet and pad.  Installers did and excellent job and exercised care with our furniture.  They were very responsive.  Overall a very positive experience and the price was reasonable.

It was a great company and they provided great service.  They were on time.  The installers really knew what they were doing.  I was very satisfied.  They did an absolutely beautiful job.  I would use them again in the future in a heartbeat.

The representative came to our home to help us determine the right carpet. An expert followed up by coming and measuring. The representative supplied samples from which we selected our carpet. The four installers showed early on the scheduled day. They did a good job of moving the furniture and installing the carpet. They were done by early afternoon.
