I explained to Anthony what services were requested and discussed quote recd ( including discount) for services from office. Anthony assessed fireplace and explained what needed to be done and then he went up on roof. Anthony explained about issues with chimney stack and he shared pictures which were very helpful for me to see what needed to be done. I requested photos of before and after work done on chimney stack be sent to me, Anthony said they would be sent. I'm very pleased with Anthony's communication about recommendations for fireplace and chimney and for his work done on the chimney. I am very pleased with Brandon's work on the interior fireplace. "Rob came out to inspect our chimmey and fire place, however, we needed a cap put on the chimmey at this time. After inspecting the chimmey, we found out we need some maintenance inside and around the chimmey also. We were given what I'd call a reasonable price for parts and labor and agreed to have the work done. The job was done professionally and swiftly and with respect for our home inside and out, my wife was really pleased.
