⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for CMC Remodeling LLC (Carlos & Melvin) I recently hired Carlos and Melvin from CMC Remodeling LLC to finish a 10x12 section in my garage attic for extra storage space — and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They cleaned and prepped the area, securely installed plywood for a stable floor, and carefully moved all my containers and boxes upstairs — no small task! They also installed extra lighting, handrails on both sides of the stairs for safety, and a sturdy platform at the attic entrance so I can easily access my items. They even covered all the stored containers with plastic to keep everything clean and dust-free. Carlos and Melvin were professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. They made sure to check in with me throughout the project to confirm that everything matched my vision and comfort. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving the area spotless. I can't say enough good things about this company. Carlos is phenomenal. His work is exceptional and price is very fair. We trusted him implicitly, coming and going to our home, when we were not there. We had him to our bathroom and then tacked on a bunch of miscellaneous projects, which had been hard to find someone to do. I have referred to many others and they've all had the same experience. The best!

The job consisted of basically a whole house renovation. Started out small but ended up to be much needed gut rehab. Workers were always pleasant and on time, very meticulous about little things, which I appreciated.

Would HIGHLY recommend Carlos & his crew. Extremely professional & his work is OUTSTANDING!! we had 2 bathrooms remodeled, front room painted with new flooring laid, kitchen painted & new doors replaced. Carlos & his crew made our old fireplace look like new. Carlos has excellent ideas & makes large projects simple. You wouldn't know at the end of the day work was even done - extremely neat. The team was incredible! They completely transitioned our bathroom from 90s drab to modern fab. They extended our shower to make it larger. Added a sink to make a his and hers sinks in the bathroom. They also retiled the shower and the entire bathroom, and added new fixtures!
