"JD and his team just did the second job for us - new front yard sod & some new backyard plantings. The work is beautiful, just what we wanted, and was done efficiently and with such a great, positive crew. JD is meticulous - you get a beautiful yard and simple instructions to keep it that way! He has a great feel for what the customer wants and understands what it's going to look like all year round and over the long term. His original design is still beautiful almost 10 years later. "1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money. 2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."

"Frank and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. We had an issue in one area he inspected another area recently done by another roofer and Frank showed me the flaw and said he’d take care of it. He kept me updated on everything they were doing, FaceTime me and recorded everything as well so I would be able to keep the other owners informed of the roof repair. I manage as well as own a unit in this building and I have to say I’ve worked with a lot of different contractors and some gave us great service but Frank and his team gave outstanding, quality service and his prices are fair and better than most contractors I received quotes from."

"Why 5 stars? First the Arrowhead rep I met with was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He made many trips to my house to review plans and bring paver samples. He provided a competitive bid with another "affordable contractor" and was much less than another "expensive" contractor bid. He provided some very good input to improve on my original patio design. Arrowhead used 4x8 plywood sheets to protect my lawn as they brought their heavy equipment in and out. The patio foundation was a full 12 inches of 3 different sized gravel stones. I observed quality craftsmanship during the installation, especially with all the curves in my design. Meticulous work. The finished patio looks amazing. The crew power washed everything upon completion. They also brought in sod to replace some damaged areas in the immediate patio area that resulted from the digging. I also paid for landscaping stone to fill in around my walk and pool. It looks great. I highly recommend Arrowhead Pavers."
