It was very helpful, because in every case he explained how much time (and therefore money) each item (such as blind cleaning) would add to the total job. In addition, he came back mid-day to see how the job was going. He and I walked around the house to ensure things had been cleaned to my satisfaction. When we discovered an area that looked like it wasn't cleaned well, he asked his employee what happened, they offered a very good explanation, and they went over the area again."
