We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. I had reserved a Friday with Elliot, but we found out on Monday of that week that they would be done at the end of the day on Tuesday. When I called Elliot he worked with me to make sure there were 2 people available to start first thing Wednesday, even though it was such short notice. He arrived and surveyed the whole house, asking many very detailed questions about what needed to be cleaned. It was very helpful, because in every case he explained how much time (and therefore money) each item (such as blind cleaning) would add to the total job. In addition, he came back mid-day to see how the job was going. He and I walked around the house to ensure things had been cleaned to my satisfaction. When we discovered an area that looked like it wasn't cleaned well, he asked his employee what happened, they offered a very good explanation, and they went over the area again."
