"Rooterman(Fadi) replaced my water heater.with one that is substantially taller. Another contractor who came to put in a sump pump informed me that it was an unsafe installation. Flexible connector is not straight and it is way too close to the ceiling. (my basement ceiling is low) It also looks like he used the old flexible connector because there is a small hole in it. The new contractor explained that if I had a problem with my gas and it had to be turned off that the gas co. would not turn it back on til the issue was resolved plus I could have a carbon monoxide leak with the placement of the flex hose. I had asked Fadi about that and he said "no it's fine". I was also promised that the old water heater would be removed. 2 months later it's still here (after multiple calls.) Now he's ghosting me. BTW He also begged me for a loan several times for $3200.00. Said he's being sued by the currency exchange and wanted cash for the job. Never got a contract either after being told it was in my email. Ghosted me on that too. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!"

They damaged my floors and hardwood stairs and left me with a hazardous staircase that was a finished and the first level not even started. I’ve requested money back and they blocked my phone number and I cannot reach anybody I’m going to file a claim to the Better Business Bureau for the serious situation that they left me in without even a reimbursement of payment. I’m an honest consumer warning anyone considering not to use them. Also the owner did not pay his employee for any labor of the job and the other 5 star posts are from the employees themselves. If your well pump is running continuously (meaning without turning off or stopping), it's a sign that your well pump is starting to break down. The length of time your well pump should cycle is dependent on many factors, like the tank size, pressure setting, and even the amount of water in your well. Generally, your well pump should cycle, or go from running to not running every few minutes.

For the most part, choosing between 30/50 psi and 40/60 psi is based on your water-pressure preference. However, it can also depend a little bit on your house—if you have older plumbing, a lower water pressure can be easier on the pipes (and a bit more gentle on your well pump). 

The lower 30/50 pressure is usually enough for a single-story home, but you may want 40/60 if you have multiple stories, as the extra pressure helps water flow smoothly up to the second floor.

A submersible pump should be at least 10 feet from the bottom of the well to minimize the risk of the pump drawing debris into the well water. Submersible pumps work best for wells that are 25 feet deep or less. If you have a deeper well, choose a jet pump instead of a submersible model.
