"Rooterman(Fadi) replaced my water heater.with one that is substantially taller. Another contractor who came to put in a sump pump informed me that it was an unsafe installation. Flexible connector is not straight and it is way too close to the ceiling. (my basement ceiling is low) It also looks like he used the old flexible connector because there is a small hole in it. The new contractor explained that if I had a problem with my gas and it had to be turned off that the gas co. would not turn it back on til the issue was resolved plus I could have a carbon monoxide leak with the placement of the flex hose. I had asked Fadi about that and he said "no it's fine". I was also promised that the old water heater would be removed. 2 months later it's still here (after multiple calls.) Now he's ghosting me. BTW He also begged me for a loan several times for $3200.00. Said he's being sued by the currency exchange and wanted cash for the job. Never got a contract either after being told it was in my email. Ghosted me on that too. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!"

They damaged my floors and hardwood stairs and left me with a hazardous staircase that was a finished and the first level not even started. I’ve requested money back and they blocked my phone number and I cannot reach anybody I’m going to file a claim to the Better Business Bureau for the serious situation that they left me in without even a reimbursement of payment. I’m an honest consumer warning anyone considering not to use them. Also the owner did not pay his employee for any labor of the job and the other 5 star posts are from the employees themselves.
