I called him in the morning, and he came later that morning to fix it. I've been using his services since 2004. I've been very happy with him. Their prices and quality of work are excellent. He's always been very professional. He figures out the job right away, and finishes the job in a very short period of time.

Like the previous reviewer, we scheduled Soukup Plumbing to come out and give us an estimate on some work that needed doing. Initially, a younger guy came out and looked things over. He gave us some very broad recommendations on what could be done but wouldn't give us any price estimates and said that Steve, the owner, would be coming out to handle all that. Well Steve was scheduled to come out the next day between 8 & 12. At 11:45 someone called and said that Steve was very busy and got called out on an emergency call and would not be able to make it at our appointed time. I was very understanding, figuring that if I was the emergency call, I would want him hanging around at my place and not running off to other calls. We re-scheduled for the following friday, once again between 8 & 12. That Friday, I called Soukup after 1:00 and asked where Steve was. I was told he was on another emergency call and would contact me to schedule our next appointment. That was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for his call. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT does not even begin to describe my feelings for this company.

I called Soukup plumbing after we purchased our home to give us and estimate on a sump pump and drainage issue and fix 3 toilets in our home. I initially contacted them as they did the plumbing when our home was built. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, July 30, when no one showed up I called and was told a plumber would be there later in the afternoon. No plumber and no call. Since this date I have contacted them numerous times to try and get a plumber out here, the staff's excuse is that they are very busy and that "Steve" the owner likes give the estimate himself. As of August 16 no follow up call, no plumber! In addition, we have uncovered questionable plumbing on our home where Soukup did the work. The steam shower was not installed correctly and PVC piping leading to the French drain in the front yard were not even connected so water was just seeping into our yard. Stay away!
