It is difficult to find an excellent contractor who is willing to take on a major remodeling project in old construction, and who handles it efficiently, cost-effectively, and with perfection. This time we were remodeling a 110 year-old bathroom. When we got down to the studs, joists, and rafters, the plans were worthless because of all the surprises. Unphased, the crew was able to trace every hidden wire to destination and source, re-route them as needed, install a new, larger, circuit breaker box, pull wire through neatly, clearly identify and label everything, and finish beautifully the lighting, overhead heating, floor heating, and exhaust fixtures, making for a beautiful bath. He and his helper were professional and were keen to be careful not to damage any walls or my floors with the large ladder and equipment. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves as well. Not many people take the time to write good reviews, but my experience was a good one so I had to share. Their bid was a little higher than others that I received, but I am happy with my choice. But it was a fair price."

For more than 50 years Cahill has provided customers with quality heating, cooling, electric, plumbing and sewer services.
"I had some backup into the basement, they came to rod it out and told me I needed to check the line going to the street and they could come back for a video check. Well they said they came back and took the video and I needed some expensive work to clear the line. I called to ask them for the video, they said that they'd have someone call me back. They called me back and said that there was no video, their worker didn't put in a USB drive and besides they said I didn't ask for one. What did they expect I was asking for??? I said I expected and wanted a video, how do I know they even really performed the work. They said they would call me back. THEY DIDN'T. I called them back, they again said they'd call me. Again no call. The last time they told me, the owner was on another call but would definitely call me back. One week later NO CALLBACK. I firmly believe they didn't do a video, charged me for one and took me for a sucker. I will NEVER use this company again. I think they are crooks. P.S. Ever since they rodded the drain one of my toilets started have trouble flushing. I won't doubt they messed it up so they could come back again for more money. DO NOT USE. P.P.S. I wonder if they will contact me on this posting, I doubt it."
