I called several appliance repair services, some were booked for weeks, others did not even return my calls/texts. Robert responded immediately and was able to come over the very next day at a time convenient for me. He and his tech associate diagnosed the leaking problem, found another malfunctioning part and showed me the damaged condition of that part when they had lifted the lid off the washer, offered to access the parts needed for repair and return to replace them the same afternoon. So efficient in both time and the fair price for parts and labor.
