"Could not have been better. Ran into a scheduling issue with another plumber. Called Kirkwood Plumbing on Monday, they were able to schedule us for the next day. Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

"I was very fortunate to have High & Dry to tackle couple of cracks that used to leak water whenever it rains. These cracks repaired couple years ago. So far I had No water leaking whatsoever. Job well done. Company you depend on. Fast, clean, reasonable. I’m a customer for life. I normally don’t write a bunch of reviews generally speaking. I had to leave thumbs up for their work. A BBB rating and been in business for over a decade."

"Tried to rush three days of work into two days, didn't work. Still waiting for someone to return and seal the discharge pipes. Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company."

"He was a nice man but I don't think he was much of an expert in waterproofing. He was prompt. I think he was a businessman who purchased the business and didn't know what to do. I just needed someone who knew what he was doing. The deal was not a good deal because he was just coming out to do basic inspection, which other companies can do for free. The whole thing was kind of bogus. When he came out, he first mentioned something about drain tiling. I asked him where he was going to put the drain tiles and he wouldn't even take another look. He came back again and said he didn't realize it was another level. He said he was going to recommend a french drain. Honestly, it was like a doctor who thought the patient wanted something to walk out of the door with and didn't know what to give him so he just wrote a prescription. It just didn't apply. I'm sure he knows what to do in standard, easy to read situations. I wouldn't recommend him. He told me he had another business which he tried to interest me in."

"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window. Â I explained the problem. Â They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement. Â They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned. Â They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there. Â While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater. Â They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct. Â He also told me the anode rod needed replacing. Â I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me. Â They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.
