Their pricing was competitive from other quotes I received but I honestly think it was pricey for time spent and what they do. "We hired Jeff to give us pre and post mold remediation air quality tests, and I am so glad we did. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and had no conflict of interest on the outcome of the results since we had a different company doing the remediation. "We wanted to check our new home to make sure there was no mold present. The guy who came over was very nice and very professional. The only issue I had which may not even be Absolute Clean's issue but it was expensive for the test. They send the tests off to a third company to give you the results. It was a quick process and easy to understand the results. It just seemed pretty expensive for a test. I would have hated to have actually had mold that needed to be removed. However, I recommend this company for quick testing and results."

"I took advantage of Angie's List free home inspection for mold and water. Paul was to arrive at noon and called and asked if he could arrive at 11:30 which was fine. My husband and I were both home for the inspection and boy did we learn a lot. We felt that Paul was very knowledgeable. He reassured us that we don't have a big mold problem. He also gave us a list of things that we could do to improve the humidity and keep our basement from forming a mold problem in the future.   We've already completed all but one of Paul's recommendations. "Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."
