Thursday evening we had a clog that caused our deep sink and shower to overflow. I called them through this contact and the owner was helpful and informative at first and they were able to work me in Friday morning. Overnight the clog slowly drained and there was no standing water in the morning. So far good experience, however... On Friday, They came later than expected, identified a clog and 'cleared' it, $620 for 2 hours of work. Only for the shower and deep sink to do the same thing again a few hours later. I'm pissed off at this point because not only did they claim they fixed it but they also took a ridiculous amount from me for only 2 hours of work that apparently wasn't the problem. I notified the owner via text and he called me back stating that they don't normally do weekend work but can be here at 9am since they didn't fix the issue. I thought great, that works and is fine. Things happen. It is now Saturday, 10:38am and I have texted twice, and called twice with 0 response, even though he was super fast at answering and responding before the work was done. I honestly feel like I got scammed, now my family and I have to go all weekend without proper water because we can't use anything but the toilet or it will overflow. Or we will need to call a separate plumber. Oh and I have a 5mo old son at home too. So that's fun to manage around this. I guess bath night is cancelled for him. If I do not hear back by Monday I will be disputing the charge with my Bank because they charged me $620 for nothing.

Their work is fine but their billing practices are shady. I had them come a do not quite six hours of work in an over 8 hours day. Twice they went to the store and were gone over an hour each time. The owner told me, when I called to question the extremely high labor charge, that when they go to the store, customers are not charged for that time, However I was charged , JUST IN LABOR $1546 for less than 6 hours work done at my job. When I asked what the labor charge was per hour. He said they donâ t bill that way (I guess itâ s arbitrary so buyer beware) but when I had them out to a different job of mine a few months ago and called up after to ask what they charged (because the bill seemed a little high) He was able to give me dollar amounts in labor per hour and for a trip charge/initial service to come out. He could provide dollar amounts thenâ ¦. He also tried to tell me that the labor charge of 1546 was for 10 hours, luckily I had my paid receipt time stamped at 545pm and could show the entire job lasted 8 hours because they started at 945am) and like I stated before they were gone over two hours on trips to the store so actual â working timeâ on my job wouldâ ve been at most 6 hours of labor (that the owner said customers donâ t pay for trips to the store but now he was acting like that was indeed part of my paid labor time.) He also said they donâ t charge labor per hour because they give bids and they NEVER GAVE ME ANY KIND OF BID. It seemed he was changing his rules to justify ripping me off on labor. Get labor and trip cost prices up front or they will take u for a ride. I wouldnâ t trust this company again

Honest and hard working! Called me back right away. Didn't push extra work, but gave estimate of what basically needed to be done and then mentioned additional work that could be done, or done later.

Very responsive, quality service

The workers were nice but did not wear a mask for Covid when entering my home. I did not say anything since I did not want to change them not doing a good job out of spite (not saying they would, but I was not going to chance it) plus they were going to be working in my basement well socially distanced. Overall, they resolved my plumbing issue. Clean up was ok, I did have to clean up some spillage off my washing machine, but with the muck, they had to deal with that was minor. I would likely hire them again because they do beat much of the competition in price, were timely, and did the job they were hired to do.

Sean with MDM came out and was able to fix my plumbing issues saving my thousands quoted to me by a large name plumbing company! He got my issues fixed quick and was super nice about explaining everything. I will use MDM for all plumbing issues in the future and would recommend to everyone.

Shawn was wonderful. He got there that same day I called and cleared the sewer out at a great price. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again for sure.

Mike did a great job analyzing why our kitchen sinks had stopped draining. He looked at the pipes in the basement before deciding to run his auger through the pipes under the sink. He found two blockages. He did a great job explaining how to maintain the pipes to keep this from happening again. We will use MDM for all our plumbing needs from now on.

Once Mike M. called we sat up an appointment date and time. He arrived on time and introduced himself and his partner, Shawn. They were very polite and immediately went to inspect the issue. After their inspection and a few questions about the situation, I was having they gave me the decision as to what needed to be done. I was extremely comfortable with them in my home and on what needed to be done. My problem solved and still stayed right in my budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My sewer drain was unclogged and life is back to normal. Thank you, Mike and Shawn, for a job well done.

He was very accommodating and even adjusted his daily schedule to accommodate the tenants schedule.
