Overall went well, gentleman who did the install were quick and through. Best shingle for the price. Did have issues with copula which had to be replaced, otherwise they would have gotten all A's in ratings.

From beginning to end went well--did have a roof leak around Coupula and they did try to fix but it turned out the coupula itself was the cause -- eventually my husband rebuilt

I contacted BD roofing shortly after a recent storm. I worked with John who was very knowledgeable and professional. The bid came in lower than expected. The work was performed on time. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Looks fantastic! I would absolutely recommend BD roofing to anyone looking for roofing company.

The installation went great; the contractor was very flexible he explained very clearly the process that will be done, and he worked within our schedule, he was polite. the roof looks great.

It's just a hassle free and excellent customer service. The clean up was impeccable. They didn't try to oversell. They went over each type of shingles and explained the entire process. I didn't have any questions that weren't answered. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience. I was contacted very promptly after leaving my first message for a quote. They came out to give me a bid within a day and the new roof was put on within a week of signing the contract. I was kept in the loop with every step and the work was done well, professionally and concluded quickly. I received all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. We are very pleased with this company!

Arrived 7:00 AM. All material on roof by 7:15. Meanwhile, team of 5 men had started removal of old roof. Replaced 2 4x8 1/2" plywood weakened. When new installed 25 squares. Was complete, crew cleaned gutter. Replaced old pipe vents with lead steal instead of plastic, spray painted all vent pipes, pulled magnetic rakes through yard insuring all nails were picked up. Price was agreeable.

Due to extreme heat and for the safety of his employees, the work was postponed a week. Very grateful that this company thought of their employees safety first, thank you. Once the heat let up, the work was completed in one day. Very efficiently. No complaints. Received numerous estimates and this was the most comprehensive and best value.

They were very nice and responsive but said that they have a minimum amount of $400 that they charge. All they did was replace 10 shingles and they used the ones that we had left over from redoing the front of our roof 2 years earlier. Very nice people but will not call them for smaller jobs.

The roofing material was delivered on the day the said. The men were here the next morning. They did the complete job in one day. Cleaned everything up before leaving.

John Dawson came out for the inspection, discussed all details with us, and performed the work once we received the ok with our insurance agent. He was the most professional person we have dealt with in years. His crew was punctual, hard working and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up!!
