"I told him the chores that I was wanting to be rectified. These were lights, fan in two bathrooms. Decisions for ceiling lights, under the counter lights updated, using existing cut spaces to fit the updated lighting. Checked all electrical outlets for appropriate wiring. Same with existing ceiling fans, wiring appropriately. Sanded, primed and painted the ceiling joists that were not taped but caulked incorrectly by a previous handyman. Discussed fixing many cracks in the ceiling throughout the open concept for 3 rooms. He sent me an itemized quote for all items . Also redid 5 ceiling lights with new lighting electric boxes. Will be discussing a choice of floor for a home on a slab. His work is thoughtful, compliant for coded work. He is nice, respectful, and descriptive to his work status and work status. "Art gave me a quote for only what I needed. He did not try to sell me on a new deck but said he would be able to repair and replace only what was needed. His price was very reasonable. Art came to the jobsite by himself. He would not let me help at all. He was professional, finished the job when he said he would and cleaned everything up and took garbage away. Very nice guy and would hire him again if ever I need him."

"Outstanding service.  Installed on time as the order stated.  We used them several months ago to do our outdated reach in closets and they did a great job.  We decided to contact Rich the designer again to see what he could do with our basic shelving in our laundry room. He asked a few questions and emailed us the design that night.  No pressure sales and presented to us what he could build and we got to pick and chose what we wanted completed.  The day of the installation went really well.  Steve came out and installed the shelving.  He also did the install on the initial project we did for our closets.  Quality instal with absolutely no issues.  We would use them again, but we have ran out of closets and storages areas.  I would recommend them to my family and friends.

"They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."

"Dan was great! Very personable, reasonable, and really master carpenter! I have a 150 year old home where no walls or doorways are square. A friend attempted to replace my bathroom door and only made matters worse! I was left with an eyesore: a tore up jamb, home foam oozing out (it should have never been used!) and a new door that no longer closed. Dan and his son were able to take it out and replace everything, using that same new door and created a beautiful door jamb that worked with my old house and it’s “not square” angles. And finally, after 17 years I have a door that works properly without swinging shut on its own! I highly recommend Dan and plan to call him back for other carpentry work and ceiling repair in this old house!"
