"We hired Aquatico to replace our 18 year old water treatment system after we started to experience low water pressure issues. In installing our new system, Tim and Ryan discovered that silt and sand were coming into our old system from our well. Tim and Ryan reached out to Will County Well & Pump to assess the issue. As it turned out, our well cap was cracked and a new well had to be drilled. Three weeks later, we had a new well. After the plumber cleared our pipes of sand, Tim came to our house to hook up the system. As it turned out, there was still a clog - silt and sand remained in the pipes that led to the water treatment system. Tim told us that he wouldnâ t leave our house until we had water. Tim stayed at our house until 8pm that night, carrying buckets of water with sand and silt out of our basement and dumping them outside, until the clog was fixed. Tim went over and above what anybody in his position would be expected to do. We are so grateful for Tim's hard work. We cannot recommend Aquatico enough."

They diagnosed the problem and after discussion the fix options, they got right to work and replaced the pump, pipes and wiring. In and out in about 5 hours. Very professional and very polite. We were very impressed by the quality of the work and the friendliness of their tech (he's the owner). Definitely would use them again and recommend them to others!"

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
