"My experience with Chicago Chimney Service was the best thing that has happened for me in a long time. Toni in the office is wonderful with the customer service, keeping you informed of all you need to know about your project. Mario, comes out to give you a honest assessment and estimate of the job. In my case, my chimney was in very bad shape. Mario checked it out, took pictures, showed me what was wrong and told me how he would repair it. They gave me a good price, showed up on the set date and time, got right to work, and finished almost two hours ahead of schedule! My chimney and crown looks great! Mario and Miguel are miracle workers! I am so pleased with my chimney! I highly recommend Chicago Chimney Services. Call them, you won't regret it. I will be calling them back to tuckpoint some areas on the rest of my house."

"Initially I was looking to get some masonry fixed. Rob came by and pointed out the chimney was in very bad shape. There were cracks in the crown and deteriorated mortar. He provided a quote and a thorough explanation of what work would be done, and followed up with pictures once complete. He was accommodating with my scheduling. He was very easy to work with and it turned out great! Thank you!"
