We take great pride in our experience and expertise. Unlike some, I have a unique background of knowing all aspects of construction, both residential and commercial. Therefore, I can pinpoint the cause of the mold where others cannot. Treating the mold is not enough. It is necessary to find out what caused it so that the homeowner can prevent mold from growing again in the future. Many health issues can be related to mold in the environment in which you live. Sometimes a mold growth issue is not visually evident. This is why I have focused my business in Florida on mold air testing, assessment and detection. I can help you detect the mold and provide you with an expert opinion on what is needed to resolve the issue. Many times, the homeowner is able to treat the issue themselves avoiding additional expenses. If a mold remediation company is necessary, it is a best practice to have a 3rd party to do an air test and inspection afterwards to ensure that the mold is gone.

A thorough inspection is what prompted the hiring of Illinois Home Solutions for this job.All communications were prompt and resolved in a timely fashion. Kay, the office manager, in particular was very helpful They did what the contract stated. All employees I had face to face contact with were professional and polite. The job was finished on time. I appreciated their efforts to please my 93 yr old Dad who can get a little cantankerous now and again. In my opinion this is an outstanding locally owned company.

Mason Hadley came to our home to inspect our basement for mold. He found that their was not a high level of mold and told us how to treat it ourselves.
