"The carpeting is beautiful and well made. The customer service was better than we had experienced with other retailers which is one of the reasons we chose Mr. Carpet. Other reasons included the price and the many options available. The Sales Associates have vast knowledge of the industry which is why our house is more beautiful than ever thanks to Mr. Carpet."

"Stretched our carpeting in both the front room and dining room (large rooms). The carpet was damp in the dining room so they brought over a big fan to dry it out. They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. The individual they sent was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to save the carpeting for the time being. He did a wonderful job.

"Very professional and personable. We have a dog that sheds continuously and getting all the hair out of the carpet is a challenge. They were able to get the hair up and did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets. Our carpets have never looked so clean. They were quick and thorough. Their prices were less then other companies i called. Not to mention great with my dog. I am definitely calling them again for my next carpet cleaning"

"Great people to work with. Punctual, informative, did I mention carpet looks brand new?!"

"Itâ s the best cleaning my carpets ever had."

"Only gripe with the service was twice I was told the crew would arrive at a certain time, and both times they were at least 60 minutes late. I was not living in the house and had a 40 minute drive to get there. The laminate floor and new carpet helped the house sell quickly."

"I have used Empire before for carpet installation. The company advertises sales but never comes through. The work is satisfactory. They clean up after its done. The carpet does not pull from the wall when vacuuming."

"I am very happy with the quality of my carpet cleaning! The carpet looks terrific! William did a fantastic job and was professional and personable. He also cleaned out the dryer exhaust vent, providing before and after pictures. Great job!"
