"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. "Stretched our carpeting in both the front room and dining room (large rooms). The carpet was damp in the dining room so they brought over a big fan to dry it out. They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. The individual they sent was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to save the carpeting for the time being. He did a wonderful job.

"They are a professional honest and very hard working. They cleans my stair runners that were ruined from a a previous carpet cleaner. They weee burnt. W yellow green color. But Ryan was able to fix and now they have the soft gray color they were before. I had 2 different companies try to fix stair runners, but just made it worse. They cleaned and scotch guard my t1st floor tile floors. I forgot how pretty they are and the grout is beautiful. Same with my master bath marble. The rugs look brand new and they are just a tad wet. . I will never use anyone else again. Also the price for the work they do is amazing."
