They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. But Ryan was able to fix and now they have the soft gray color they were before. I had 2 different companies try to fix stair runners, but just made it worse. They cleaned and scotch guard my t1st floor tile floors. I forgot how pretty they are and the grout is beautiful. Same with my master bath marble. The rugs look brand new and they are just a tad wet. . I will never use anyone else again. Also the price for the work they do is amazing."
