This appears to have been the addition step needed. Only time will tell. There is a 10 warranty against water seepage. Robert and his team were great to work with. They were timely and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project took a little longer than expected due to having to add the drain tile and additional walk way."

     I realized one of the water pipes in my upstairs bathroom was frozen- no water coming out. The other sinks/tub were fine. I called Four Seasons for an appointment based on Angie's List,  and was able to get someone that afternoon! (I was thrilled!)

     He came out as promised during the 4 hour window of time they said. He checked and found out that the pipe had defrosted by then. He then checked every sink and shower/tub in the house, including the basement. He patiently answered our questions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. It was reassuring to have it all checked.

      It was great to have someone able to look at all of the other water pipes in the house just to be sure it was ok. I will be calling them for future work.
