When notified of a few issues with the flooring, Customer Service sent out technicians to resolve the issues. As an afterthought, we would not have installed hardwood floors had we known the seams would be rough, unlike older floors where the seams are not sticking up, otherwise the floors look beautiful.

They messed up the tile and never came back to fix it. They took our money and never followed through with correcting their screw up. The carpet people did a great job. Tiler poor to crap job for the money we paid out

The final cost was fair and reasonable, and the project (kitchen subfloor and sheet vinyl flooring and baseboards) was handled expeditiously in a friendly, most professional manner. We couldn't be more pleased with the most excellent results.
