"We had a sunroom addition put on our house several years ago and the vinyl siding on the side of the house adjacent to the low-E glass was wrinkling and distorting from the heat of the direct and reflected summer sun. At first it was just cosmetic, but this year it progressed to the point where the siding had pulled out of the J-channel at the roof line and we had leaks in heavy rain. We needed to have all the siding replaced on that side of the house. We had several siding companies look at it and even the larger ones were concerned about working near the glass and had no workable solution to the heat problem. Vince Deluca was the only one who had a solution to the heat, suggesting heat resistant vinyl siding made for this application. He also stopped by several times to evaluate how to work safely around the glass. The work went extremely well and the results look superb. "Overall it went very well. Conrad came to the house and measured the area. He provided an estimate the following day. I booked a date and time with Tanya, who were able to go to work pretty much immediately. William Harrison came to the house and had his crew to complete the job. He explained in the beginning what they will do and assured me they will do the work with least amount of damage. Which I am happy to say they did. It took only a day and a half to complete. This was really really quick for the amount of space they had to cover. I was really happy with their service. With the 10% discount I got from Angie's list they did all that work and disposed the asbestos for just under $6000. (I had several quotes from other companies higher than this) I didn't give an A for quality because there were just a couple nicks on the wall, but I have to say it was super minor. Also not an A for responsiveness as I was going to get a new proposal sent to me by email when I produced the discount but never received that email. Again though, that is really minor. I have to say I was really happy with their service. Dealing with asbestos can be a scary thing, especially when you are spending a lot of money too. This company I found to be very professional and explained what to expect and not to worry, they will make sure the job gets done properly. I also got a company in to get the air tested afterwards (cost $425). It passed the test and am now asbestos free. I highly recommend bluestone to anyone. You will without doubt be very pleased with their service."
