"We were very satisfied with our service from Rob and Fire It Up at the end of September. After buying our first house, we wanted to make sure everything in the chimney was safe and working efficiently. Rob's inspection and estimate were very thorough and detailed. He clearly knows his stuff and didn't pressure us to schedule repairs right away. Mario and team did a full crown coat, put in two liners, and poured insulation. "I received a call to schedule a time to discuss the project. The project was to seal the brick, install a chimney cap, and seal where the flashing met the roof. The job was completed as soon as was possible taking into account the weather. I was provided with pictures of the before and after work done on my chimney. I was pleased with the work that I saw and the level of service I received."
