Initially they did a great job, inspection process was clear and Rafael did a great job with my insurance company. After approvals I had the meeting with Matt and he was great too, he supported me the whole time, including with thing out of his scope and responsibility. The execution part was not as I expected, I had 3 reworks, but the most important is that they came and fixed it. Also during my process the execution PM left the company and I got no info, which delayed the execution of the final steps. I am still waiting the closing process, warranties, and final report. In general they did goo, but they have a gap in managing communication with the client.

PACC did a great job on my roof and siding replacement. They went above and beyond. Communication could be a lot better but the craftsmanship was great. They have a communication tool that was not functioning properly so I wasn't getting scheduling notifications and this resulted in us not knowing crews were coming and giving us less that 24 hours notice work was going to be done.

Pacc solutions did a phenomenal job of a complete tear off and replacement of my entire roof and gutters. The crew worked tirelessly on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pacc Solutions for all your roofing needs.

PACC inspected my house and found hail damage and said they would come back and inspect it again with my insurance adjuster.After that they were able to get my insurance to finally agree that I did have damage. This was the 3rd time I had my insurance company out.PACC took care of everything in dealing with my insurance.I would highly recommend PACC if you have hail damage or suspect you do and your insurance says you don’t PACC is really the best company that homeowners can rely on! Insurance companies adjusters usually get bonuses if they can get you to settle for less.PACC had my roof fixed in 1 day and my gutters the next day.I’m 73 years old and I have dealt with Insurance companies a few times and this was the best and easiest ever!

I would highly recommend PACC Solutions all your home needs! We had roof damage and they contacted our insurance company to start the process of replacement. The insurance company didn't think our roof needed a complete replacement, just repairs. PACC Solutions advocated for us. After submitting samples, our insurance company agreed that a complete teardown and replacement was necessary. PACC was also able to get us approved for new gutters, window capping and replacement of window screens. They were extremely professional and the work they did was fantastic!
