"I wish all the contractors on this basement project were as good to deal with as Family Waterproofing. Throughout the whole process, communication was good. Ken the owner was responsive and patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They prepared a detailed contract of all work to be performed, and did what they said they would. I like that they did an exploratory dig after signing the contract to make sure we had a solid plan and avoid any surprises during installation. There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. The overall cost was very fair and we received great service and quality. They are honest, care about their customers and want you to be happy. Now I'm looking forward to a big rain!"

Technician refused to perform service stating that my unit was too old and pushed to sell me a new unit. Mine is eight years old and still has two years on the warranty. To retain my Trane HVAC system warranty I need to have it inspected each spring and fall. Twice this spring, Precision has scheduled this and no one came. One time ?someone accidentally canceled the appointment ? and again today I was taken off of the schedule because ?we just don?t have the manpower ? . Neither time was I notified. They are putting the system warranty in jeapardy. These inspections were prepaid by me last year."
