"Without a doubt hands down the best contractor i have ever worked with. We had an insurance claim from a flood on our second floor that leaked to the 1st floor and basement, Chris, Roy and the team was there PROMPTLY ever day at 7am SHARP, when they started to place plastic and cardboard on the floor that was our first sign that they were going to be good, the work was the best i have ever seen AND Having a 90 year old mother in law in the house at the time was a challenge, they even took the time to call and let me know how she was. Myself and my wife were ecstatic. KIND, Considerate and Professional,.,. I cannot begin to talk enough about this company and I highly recommend them for EVERYTHING you do in your home.   They know what they are doing, and how to do it. INCLUDING the clean up afterwords,  they worked with me on payment from my insurance company which is still pending and did the work when it was approved BEFORE they had a dime in their pocket,. We are now using them to change some doors in our home to sliders before the winter.  I had called some other companies here on Angies and are still waiting for a cal back. Chris is there the next day.. KUDOS to this company...Thank you Chris, Roy and your team..

"They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"Job was scheduled, workers arrived on time (friendly people) and new gutters were installed. They even did some drip flashing repair . They cleaned up and the whole job was done in about 6 hours. They did excellent work and I can honestly recommend."

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

Yes, you can draw your own deck plans in many cases. However, you must know your local building codes and be familiar with carpentry principles. Dark academia is more of an interior decorating style than it is a type of architecture, but it calls on themes prevalent in gothic architecture. Part of the appeal of dark academia is that you can achieve the look and feel without renovating or remodeling your home. Instead, you can switch to a dark color palette and introduce metal, natural wood furniture, plaid decor, old books, and gothic decor to get the look and feel just right.

No, it’s not legal for unlicensed individuals to conduct structural calculations for buildings or building repairs. Not only do licensing requirements prevent DIYers from tackling this project, but mistakes can also be extremely dangerous and put your property and anyone inside or near it at risk of severe injury or even death. You should always hire a licensed and certified local structural engineer to make structural calculations.

Yes, designing builds to fit space constraints and meet functional needs.
