"Dylan came out and gave me an estimate on a few things at my shop, I ended up just replacing my entire insulation and added an additional storage up top for all of my toys! Amazing guy, Amazing attitude, Amazing work ethic! Would recommend to anyone! Will be calling him back when I need help at home as well.."
"I was very pleased with the work that was done. They were professional and cleaned up everything at the end of their day. Plan on having them back to do other projects. I would recommend them for any project you might have."
"We want to start by saying that Travis did a good job completing the project, and we are happy with the finished product. He even lowered the price when he realized the workload was smaller than originally expected, which we appreciated.
Our biggest concern was communication. We were almost always the ones reaching out for updates and to find out when they would be coming. At times, it felt like our project was not a priority.
The timeline was also an issue. The project ultimately took about two weeks, whereas we were originally told it would take approximately three days total. Additionally, part of the project involved painting the mantle. When it was first completed, the workmanship was very poor. We contacted Travis, and to his credit, he did make it right by purchasing and painting a new mantle. However, this did add additional time to the project.
Lastly, while Travis appears to do good work, we did not see him on-site very often. The two workers he had did not seem experienced"

"We wanted our basement finished and started it ourselves and decided it would be faster to find a professional. Alex responded promptly and quickly to our quote inquiry. Very professional and gave excellent suggestions to make our dream basement. We wanted the basement framed, insulated, drywalled, and mudded, and that's what we got. With reasonable pricing way within our budget and fast work they did a great job. Alex even went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for us. They even finished the area we started, which they didn't have to do. I highly recommend, would hire again."
"Jeremy helped turn my new house into my dream home. But that was no surprise for he did the same for my last house. A good guy that will walk with you through the shopping process, helping you pick the right product for you, then professionally installing it. Highly recommend."
Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.
Italianate architecture is a reinterpretation of Renaissance styles, combining elements of Italian farmhouses and villas with Victorian materials and construction. This home style emerged in the Victorian era, gaining popularity in the U.S. in the mid-to late-1800s. The style came about in response to what many then viewed as the too-rigid and stuffy Classical style designs.
The best way to start designing a house is to know what you want before designing. Making a list of your biggest priorities in a home will help. Designing a house without an idea of what you need or want in a home will lead to many trials and errors that could make it harder to figure out what you need in your design.
Mid-century modern architecture was a popular home style throughout the U.S. from the 1950s to 1970s. Most homes feature a wide and symmetrical floor plan with low-sloped roofs and floor-to-ceiling windows. Its minimalism and balanced appearance are back on the home style scene, particularly when maximizing sunlight, airflow, and a blend with the home's natural surroundings.
The process typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and level of customization.
