"We have once again reached out to Joe Kim at J & K Home Improvements when we had a new project planned. We were completely satisfied when we replaced our siding and roof with Joe. Now Joe and his professional crew have replaced all our windows . There are never surprises or additions from when the job is quoted. Once again we are totally satisfied and delighted with their work!! It has been a stress free experience each and every time."

"Progresive Restoration did a great job on our condo building. Marcus and his team are extremely hard-working and communicate often. There was never any confusion about our project and they paid attention to every detail from when they started on the estimate to completing the job. "Top A1 worked with my insurance company to accomplish the job above and beyond my expectations. After tearing off 3 layers of old roofing, they put down new plywood decking on my house and garage then ice and water shield,Deck Air vents and new Premium shingles. And they did the job from start to finish in just ONE DAY. I would recommend A1 Top Contracting to anyone wanting a top quality job done."

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."
